The GoBike scheme in Syracuse, Sicily did not seem to be operating when I visited recently...

and though I found a map of the locations around town and other information here about the scheme, I saw nothing that inspired confidence in that it is would definitely resume...

if anybody knows what is going on with the scheme, please let me know...
