i guess one easy way to group the photographs could be merely to do it by relative detail: part of bike, bike only, bike + context. i'm not sure if you have developed any particular theme or whether you are interested photographing a particular brand or model of bike.
although grouping or classifying anything according to any particular criteria can be worthwhile... it can be tricky i don't have particular brands or models of bikes in mind... sometimes it is more the context than the bike that i see
